Rooffesx may provide the following services:

• Roof measurement reports.
• Wall and exterior measurement reports.
• Gutter measurement reports.
• Roof and wall takeoffs.
• Custom reports.
• Bulk measurement orders and related services.

The exact scope of each service will be determined by the service description, selected options, and order confirmation.

Our services provide measurement information to support estimating, planning, material ordering, and project preparation. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide architectural design, engineering certification, structural assessments, building inspections, permit approval, or construction supervision.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the property address, project details, required report type, and any special instructions.

You are responsible for:

• Confirming that the correct property and building have been selected.
• Providing the necessary project files, plans, photographs, or other reference materials.
• Ensuring you have the right to submit any files, images, or information you provide.
• Reviewing the delivered report before using it for estimating, purchasing, or construction.

We may contact you for clarification if the information supplied is incomplete or inconsistent. Work may be delayed until the necessary information is received.

Our service prices are displayed on the website or communicated in a written quotation. Prices may vary depending on the project, report type, complexity, custom requirements, and order volume.

Any advertised starting price, including a starting price of $9, applies only to eligible services and does not guarantee that every project will qualify for that price.

• Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout or agreed in writing.
• Orders may require full payment before processing begins.
• Custom, bulk, or high-volume orders may be subject to separate quotations.
• Any applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, or payment processing fees will be disclosed where applicable.
• An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it or the website confirms acceptance.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order. If an incorrect price has already been charged, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Estimated delivery times will be provided on the website, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.

Delivery times may depend on project complexity, availability of imagery, weather or imagery limitations, file quality, workload, and the completeness of customer instructions.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated delivery time. However, unless a specific deadline is expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Bulk orders, custom reports, incomplete information, and technical problems may require additional processing time.

Rooffesx aims to provide clear, consistent, and carefully prepared measurement reports. However, remote measurement services may rely on aerial imagery, satellite imagery, mapping platforms, photographs, plans, software, and other third-party reference sources.

These sources may contain outdated, incomplete, distorted, or insufficiently detailed information.

Accordingly:

• Report measurements may differ from actual field conditions.
• Roof sections, wall areas, elevations, slopes, overhangs, gutters, and other features may be difficult to identify from available imagery.
• Hidden conditions, recent renovations, obstructions, and unrecorded building changes may not be visible.
• Material quantities and waste allowances are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
• Measurements should be reviewed against available plans and verified on-site when required for safety, code compliance, construction, or material purchasing.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, our reports are measurement aids and should not be treated as certified surveys or as a substitute for a physical inspection.

Please review your report promptly after delivery.

If you identify a possible measurement error or a discrepancy between the report and the information supplied for the order, contact us at support@rooffesx.com and provide the order number, relevant report section, and supporting details.

Where a report does not confirm to the agreed scope or contains a verified error attributable to our work, we will assess the issue and, as appropriate, provide a correction or revised report without additional charge.

Changes caused by new instructions, a different property, additional scope, revised plans, or information not supplied with the original order may be treated as additional work and may incur a fee.

Any applicable revision window or special revision conditions will be stated in the order confirmation.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@rooffesx.com.

• Before work begins: Eligible orders may be cancelled for a full refund, subject to any disclosed and lawful non-refundable charges.
• After work begins: Any refund will take into account the work completed, costs incurred, and applicable consumer protection requirements.
• After delivery: If the report is defective, materially incomplete, or does not confirm to the agreed service, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
• Duplicate payments or technical payment errors: Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be addressed promptly.
• Custom or bulk orders: Specific cancellation terms may be agreed in writing before work begins.

Nothing in this section excludes any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

You retain ownership of the files, plans, photographs, and other materials you provide to us.

You grant Rooffesx permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to process your order, deliver the requested services, provide customer support, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Subject to full payment and any third-party rights, you may use the final report for your own business and project purposes, including estimating and material planning.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit our reports as a standalone measurement product or service without our written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law or your order agreement provides otherwise.

Rooffesx retains its rights in its website, branding, templates, software, internal processes, and pre-existing methodologies. Third-party software, maps, imagery, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' terms and licences.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Submit files or information that you are not authorised to share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' accounts.
• Interfere with website security, availability, or normal operation.
• Copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our software or proprietary systems where prohibited by law.

We may suspend access or refuse an order where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms.

Our website or services may rely on third-party payment processors, mapping services, aerial imagery providers, cloud hosting providers, or other external tools.

Those services may have their own terms, availability limits, and privacy policies. Rooffesx does not control every aspect of their operation and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rooffesx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or reports, including lost profits, project delays, or costs associated with decisions made without appropriate verification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable rights relating to fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to that claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to the extent a loss results from our own negligence, misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.
